At D Luxe House, we offer carefully selected, high-end, pre-owned furniture. To maintain our competitive pricing and product integrity, please review the following terms before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, and all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.
Condition Disclosure
We strive for full transparency by providing detailed descriptions and images of every item. Additional photos or videos are available upon request. You are welcome to inspect items in person before purchasing.
Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery with the following terms:
Solo Delivery – Assistance Required
Deliveries are typically completed by a solo delivery person. We kindly ask that someone be available to assist with bringing the item inside.
If you are unable to assist, please notify us in advance, and we can arrange for an additional helper for an added fee.
Stairs & Accessibility
Please inform us ahead of time if your delivery involves stairs, narrow doorways, elevators, or any unusual access challenges.
We are not responsible for items that do not fit into your space or cannot be delivered due to access issues.
Failed Delivery / Return at Delivery
If we arrive and the delivery cannot be completed for any reason (e.g. no one available to help, item doesn't fit, unsafe conditions, etc.), and we are required to take the item back, a $300 return trip & restocking fee will apply.
Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
As all items are pre-owned, they may have been exposed to allergens such as pet dander, dust, cleaning agents, or fragrances. We clean and inspect each piece prior to listing, but we cannot guarantee a hypoallergenic environment.
D Luxe House is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur after purchase. Buyers are encouraged to inquire in advance if they have specific concerns.
